Spotify Capsule Store

I’ve been trying to find out about a purchase I made from the Spotify Capsule store three weeks ago and no communication since then. Any suggestions?

I placed an order for a Daft Punk hoodie on Nov. 7. More than a month and a half later, this item has not been shipped. I reached out twice to the email listed in the order confirmation and have not received any response. 

Oh wow. Sorry to hear that. I think I’m going to call my credit card company and file a fraud claim. I’ve tried everything and apparently that email address is the only option for order assistance.

I'm not confident, as I've never used the Capsule Store, but:

What email was listed on the order confirmation? I found this email on the Spotify Capsule Store website.

SUPPORT@  SPOTIFYCAPSULE.ZENDESK.COM  

That is the correct email but it’s like no one monitors it. As GioG1 said, they’ve been waiting since November with no response to emails. 

Here is a response I received from Spotify Cares on Facebook. it still doesn’t address the lack of response to email inquiries that we send to the capsule store email but it explains the process. 

We understand. However, the artist or their merch partners are responsible for item fulfillment and customer support. As much as we'd love to help, we don't have information about your order.

In this article we created for artists: https://support.spotify.com/us/artists/article/merch-guidelines/, you should be able to see that concerns regarding merch should be handled by the artist or the merch partner. Kindly contact them about this.
