Spotify stops playing some of the song. Goes back to beginning

I had been struggling with this issue! The songs would play for maybe halfway or more. Maybe even a whole song. Was not doing it on my husband's phone so we knew it had to be in the settings.  Here was the fix. Go into the phone settings to the Spotify app and make sure the Battery usage is set to UNRESTRICTED.  It seems to happen if you are browsing in the background which most of us are when listening to music.  Not sure how it got changed?? Maybe an update reset something?? But that was our problem. So happy! Back in business!
