The stupid program doesn't sync properly between devices and you blame the users

You spend more time HARASSING ME to get some stupid family plan when only 1 person uses this account.

Nothing you have ever done as a company justifies a price increase. Explain why you are increasing your cost, AGAIN without doing anything for actually better the product.

Spotify: be like Arizona tea: do one thing, do it right, and keep the price rock solid. That's how the founder earned over 6.5 billion off of it. It will garner a loyal customer base, and a loyal customer base ensures your survival, even with ridiculously low prices. 

6.5 Bn may look like a drop in the bucket to your 70 some odd billion, but it proves it works. If you're willing, just sit tight for another year. Just let everyone settle in to your prices. Constantly hiking prices tells customers to "take a hike".
