Need Help, How to connect Spotify review team

I develop a app that can transform image with song informations to playlist. And I request a quota extension to support exporting playlist to Spotify. But the request was rejected with a reason: "

• Do not use the Spotify Platform or any Spotify Content to train a machine learning or AI model or otherwise ingest Spotify Content into a machine learning or AI model

"

We don't train any AI model, and we use OpenAI API to reading image text content and parse it to a playlist. 

 I have replied the rejection email but no response for 9 days. How to connect Spotify review team?
