My Question or Issue

Hi, I have a few questions on integrating Spotify SDK to our app as it's quite unclear whether we can integrate.

1 - Our app plays videos but if we implement a Spotify integration, we would mute all audio, and play audio from Spotify as the main and only track. There is no synchronisation to the video as even if the user stops the video, the spotify player is still playing music for spotify users to enjoy. Is this considered being in compliance and not synchronisation? As an example, I have come across fitness apps that have spotify music while they are playing video clips, I assume its possible since they got approved.

2 - Our app is ad supported but also has a paid subscription to remove ads and offer other functionality. Is it possible to allow spotify as one of those features

3 - If not, what if the app's model is a flat subscription model, for full access to the app and all it's features. Is that in compliance or does the app have to be completely free for it to be in compliance.

4 - Does spotifyforpartners.com allow more flexibility for intergration if we were to be accepted as a premium reseller as part of our app's subscription plan?
