My Question or Issue

I get this error when I try running my app

 Check settings on developer.spotify.com/dashboard, the user may not be registered.

It works perfectly for my account, but not my alt that I'm testing with.

I'm in dev mode, so I've added the account in user management, and made sure the name and email match (using the correct case too) and I'm still getting this issue. Any reason why this could be happening?

Hi @maryorappr 

 

Could you double-check the email address by visiting the account overview page of the alternate account and clicking the Edit profile button? You can also copy the email address directly from there to ensure accuracy.
