Worst app review process of all time

My team submitted our app for review on June 9th. The team took until August to approve our extension request, which allowed us to file a scope extension request. We did so pretty much immediately in August. The app review team then took until November 26th to review our scope request, which they rejected without much of any specificity. I am guessing that the APK we sent them was no longer working because there were many new versions of our app released between August and November. We resubmitted shortly after this and still have not gotten re-reviewed. Our app integrates with several others and have to say this process is abhorrently bad in comparison. No one to even reach out to for support. No one to speak with about why the app was rejected. No timeline to review. 6 months trying to get a simple integration wherein we display someone's music listening history on their contact. I'm in utter disbelief. If you dont plan to support a developer API, then don't support one. Complete waste of my team's time. We have the exact same use case for Apple Music and our submission was reviewed and approved in less than 3 days. Spotify is a superior product and I would be proud to include it in my app, but my patience has worn out. Please, do better Spotify.
