My Question or Issue

Не могу добавить второго человека в свой аккаунт. У меня 1 месяц бесплатно, он уже давно пользуется сервисом. Адреса совпадают.

Только не говорите, что у него тоже должен быть чистый аккаунт. То есть я хочу платить вам в будущем, за двоих, и как я считаю, не важно, что друг давно с вами. 

Я хочу добавить его (друга) в свой первый бесплатный месяц подписки.

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as that's the Community official language.

 

You're right - it doesn't matter that the account you're trying to add to your plan has been in Spotify for a long time. What you need to keep in mind is that the other account isn't subscribed to Premium through a partner, like a telecom company, or that it isn't subscribed as owner of a Family or Duo plan already. 

 

If that's the case, they first need to cancel their current subscription and once their account is reverted to free, they'll be able to join your plan.

 

If that's not the case, could you send us a screenshot of the error message you're seeing when trying to add the other user to your plan? It would be really helpful if you translate what the error message says so we can have a better understanding of what's happening.
