$0.99 for 3 months should be available to ALL

I haven’t used the 7 day trial only free. I am aware of the $0.99 promo at the end of the year. I have been sent emails about it. So I decided today to purchase this promo and it says I’m not eligible as I have already used a trial and it tells me I can get a normal subscription. I have used this trial but with a different account on a different device. Why am I not eligible??

If you are trying to pay for your trial with the same payment method as the one you used to pay for the trial on the other account, you won't be able to benefit from another trial.
