12 month subscription for the price of 10

So I got an email for a 12 month subscription for 99.99 canadian $. It says it’s valid till the 6th but I can’t seem to find where to subscribe for it. Anyone know anything about it?

What about the family premium? You can subscribe to that in subscriptions if you open Spotify on a browser.

Somebody at Spotify got fired today... I open Spotify on my phone and it shows me the $99/yr special and gives me a link to click. so i click and it takes me to a web page with a few more details, but gives me no option to buy and no onwarding from that page to a subscription page where i could buy. i log into my account via chrome and there's no mention whatsoever of this special on the website. 

That’s exactly my problem.. It shows me a pink screen but no link to purchase the offer.

I also can not find where to change my subscription. Any ideas?

I have the same issue in the US, although the ad stated the offer expires 12/31/2017.   There seems no way or link to take advantage of the offer from the account or subscription settings.

Got it! But, I already had a Premium. Now I paid this offer 99€ for a one year and did not see any changes in my account. It just says that next payment 9.99€ will be taken 8.12.2017. So, how this offer works?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to take advantages of this offer if you need a Family Plan subscription.

This offer is available only on single subscriptions.

 

 

I have a similar problem, I subscribed but it is not reflected in my subscription details.

It still says I'l have to pay for the next month.

I had 3 days until my next 9.99 subscription was due to be taken. My account now shows the 99.99 purchase and says the next payment is due on the 9/12/18 which means I get the full year plus the 3 days I already paid for.

Sorry if this has already been covered. I can see there appears to be a link for 12 months at, in my case, €99. When I go onto my account (I have enjoyed the premium service at €9.99 a month for many years) I cannot see a way to change this and pay annually. Is this only for new customers? If so a poor way to treat existing clients.
