My Question or Issue - I have two user names - scanlonbrooke6 (my free account) and brookescanlon (my premium account). I use brookescanlon, however, when I try to reset my password, it doesn't work. It's being sent to an unknown or nonexistent email address. How can I get my access back - my payment is up to date and it is frustrating there is no one to call. Please, can someone help? Correct email address is *snip*, which should be associated with my brookescanlon user name.
