My Question or Issue

 

Hi There

 

I just bought a 3 month Spotify Premium Subscription online from Australia Post.

I reside in Melbourne Australia and when trying to activate or input the PIN, it keeps coming up with and error.

I have he invoice from Australia Post as proof of purchase and have the card # also (which can be checked and see it is not activated yet)

 

Is someone able to help me in this from Spotify? I have not gone back to Australia Post yet (to be honest, I don't think they will help at all)

I look forward to hopefully joining Premium soon.

Could you try redeeming your Gift Card here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't help, please try following all of the steps provided in this support article > Gift Card not working? section.

Hey @RainyWelder

 

Could you try redeeming the gift card using an incognito (private) window or on a different device to avoid possible issues with cache and cookies.

 

Also, please let me know the steps that you have already completed so you don't have to repeat them.

I have gone though again with what you said and still no luck.
I even tried it on another computer

Thanks for trying those steps. In this case, please get in touch with Customer Support here while making sure you have a photo of:

  • Front of the card
  • Back of the card
  • A purchase receipt or something similar
