6 months free trial from fido

hello, I was offered a 6month free trial of Spotify Premium from Fido back in June when i upgraded my phone and my plan.

I never took advantage of this, and when i go to the email it dosent load up anything but a blank page, Fido asked me to contact Spotify to rectify this. I have the email and can forwarded this over as proof.

Did you try to open the link you got in your email in a private/incognito mode of your web browser?

Yes I did, it was still a blank screen!
