Help.. I keep getting billed monthly. I applied for the $99 annual fee. No one ever replies to help or contact us.. I guess i should try Amazon music?

Hey @Ghlaker.

 

According to what you're letting us know, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account associated to you. If you'd like, you can find some useful information on how to locate additional Spotify accounts on this page.

 

Once you've found the account in which you're being charged, you'll be able to check the Receipts section to double check what you've been paying so far. In case you don't want to carry on with your Premium subscription, our best recommendation would be to cancel it as soon as possible. This way, you'll steer clear of any additional charges.
