Payment of student's subscription

Payment of student's subscription

Hello,

 

today I tried to order a student's subscription. I filled up my card details and were redirected to page where I needed to confirm that I am a student. I submitted my information and submitted information about university. System wrote me that it will take up to 3 days to confirm my provided university and I didn't get premium subscription yet. However, the payment was enrolled and euros were charged from my account. Is it normal behavior from Spotify? Thank you.

Hey @Mantoshelis, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify to your account's email address, it's very likely that it's just a pending charge. There's more info about this here.

 

Keep in mind that the good folks over at SheerID are the ones that verify your student credentials. They might take a few days to check your request and to confirm your eligibility.
