My Question or Issue

Firstly, I can’t use my first month free subscription. I don’t know but today my “month” subscription ends.

Secondly, because of end of my “month “ subscription, I want to buy premium subscription. BUT also I can’t buy premium subscription. What I needed to do?

Hey there @Diianne,

Thanks for reaching out! I'll happily help you sort this one out.   


Keep in mind our trial offers are only meant for users who have never tried Premium out. If that's not the case they're not eligible for the offer. However, these users can always make use of a regular subscription.

 

If you've never had Premium before but still can't get the trial, try using a private or incognito browser. This way you'll avoid any issues caused by the cache and cookies in your browser. A good idea would also be to try a different browser or another device if that's an available option for you.

In case none of these does the trick for you, send us a screenshot of any errors that come up as you try to activate the subscription. We'll be happy to take a closer look.
