Access to Hulu not working

Hello!  I have Premium Individual and am grandfathered in to "Access to Hulu."  I cannot access Hulu when trying to login via username and password. 

I've tried logging into Hulu through my Spotify Account > Your Services > hulu Start Watching.  This takes me to a Hulu login.  I click log in and am prompted to do so using a MyDisney account, which I never had, but I still log in using my Spotify linked email and password. But then I'm taken to a hulu Welcome page where I have to sign up for a plan to watch anything.

I just tried to access my Hulu account, but the website insisted that I need to set up a "myDisney" account and is no longer recognizing the hulu access I am supposed to have through my spotify subscription.

So I'm running into a similar issue, but to contact Hulu support, you need an account with them. I can get into a MyDisney account, but cannot log in to Hulu with that information. Any other ideas?

I have the same issue. My husband and I did some research and it looks like Disney now owns Hulu. You can only access your Hulu from MyDisney or Disney+, now. It is a real inconvenience and I want to figure out what Spotify will do with it now because I only had the Premium for the Hulu. They might have to change their plans now that it is not an option.

It seems like an issue on Hulu’s side since the Hulu option is showing up fine on Spotify’s end.

Your best option is to reach out to Hulu support here, as they should be able to resolve it from their side. 🙂

I called Hulu and it turns out my Hulu login is different from the email I use for Spotify.  Not sure when that happened since it's been so long, but it works.  Thanks for your time!

I'm currently subscribed to the Premium Individual plan, which includes access to Hulu. However, ever since the Disney-Hulu merger, I’ve been unable to log into my Hulu account. My Spotify plan still indicates I should have access, so I need help understanding why it’s not working. Thank you!

Hey y’all!! To access Hulu on your student subscription, it needs to be activated. On your Spotify account, go to “Account”. It’ll open another web page and scroll down to the “Subscription” portion. Then, select “Your services” and there should be an option to activate your Hulu account.

I have a premium account with a Hulu subscription. However when I try to log into Hulu as usual I can no longer log in. Instead it switches me to a MyDisney screen and tells me to sign up but I don't want to sign up as I'm still being billed here for Hulu. How can I access my Hulu?

Same problem, I have no access to Hulu anymore through my Spotify account.

This just happened to me. I was in hulu just fine yesterday and today I'm kicked out, and its asking for a my Disney login. I dont have that. Any updates on this?

Your Hulu login (or Disney login, even if you've never had such an account) is probably not the same as your Spotify login.  It might be some old Hulu login you used a long time ago, but ended up linking with Spotify somehow.  I would just call Hulu customer service, they could figure it out for you like they did for me.  Wayyy quicker than spending 1-2 hours researching the topic and writing in forums.

I tried reaching out to Hulu regarding this issues since im having the same trouble. But they keep directing me back to Spotify saying it's an issue on they side.
