Superuser Contribution I used to login with my phone number but my phone number is not in use

My account seems not link to any email or Apple ID or any Facebook acccount. Without the phone number to receive the sms, I cannot login to my account to amend my subscriptions. Please help how I can login again to amend my subscription.
