My Question or Issue

2 weeks ago I purchased the premium duo for myself and my son. We originally had separate accounts which I didn’t realize so when my cc expired on the payment details, I took the opportunity to combine to a duo account.


When I made the purchase through the webpage, I checked to make sure it was my active account (I have an inactive account I haven’t used in years) and it was. Set up for the duo was fine on both my and my sons account.

 

Just now the app shut off and won’t go back unless I downgrade to free. But I just paid! I checked the app and it says I don’t have a premium account. After much digging around, I found the old account and sure enough - the premium account is attached to the wrong account. How do I change this?? Or can I. 

Im not enjoying Spotify and maybe this is a sign to just get Apple Music already lol.

 

Any one know how to fix this?

I recommend reaching out to Support to have them check if it's possible to transfer the remaining Premium time over to the correct account: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ 🙂

I accidentally paid for another account that I do not use and the account that I use is not paid. The application now shows me that the payment was not successful

I am using mobile and I purchased premium on the Spotify website when I realized I got the premium plan on the wrong account! Can I get a refund or transfer it?
