Activating Hulu with student account

My Question or Issue

I recently switched from my regular Spotify subscription to a student subscription as I am back in school full time and it saves me money as well as offers Hulu. I have tried to activate Hulu on my account, but I click the activate Hulu button and it brings me to a screen asking if I want to log in or create an account. Either option just brings me to an error page that says “Error something went wrong please try again.” This has been going on for over a week now.

I recommend trying it in a different browser and on a different device if you haven't yet.
