Address verification and add partner keep coming up as an error

I just started the duo plan and need to update and verify my address but it keeps coming up as an error and jumps back to the account overview screen , it won’t let me do anything

Thanks for reaching out. Just to be sure, are you following these steps to verify your Duo address? Can you try using another browser or an incognito window? It might also be worth attaching a screenshot of any error messages you get.
