Alterei o plano sem querer

Alterei o plano sem querer

fiz o pagamento da mensalidade pelo app através da minha conta,porém paguei o plano individual,entrei no site e alterei o plano para familiar novamente,porém vai ser feita cobrança do valor integral do plano família daqui a uma semana o que fazer?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out! I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

When switching from Premium Individual to Family, the change is always immediate, however, a new payment date will be set, which will likely be a few days earlier than usual. This is because of the price difference between Premium Family and Premium Individual.
