Receiving ‘payment not successful’ from Spotify

I’ve already payed this months subscription, and it’s processing in my bank account. Why then, does my Spotify say the payment is unsuccessful and that I’m going to lose my account? I haven’t changed any info

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

I recommend checking your current subscription status on your account page as well as your receipts to see if everything looks good. It's possible that it's just visual bug in the app, so try logging out and signing back in to your account twice in a row as this forces an internal resync.
