Thanks for reaching out. Depends on what you mean by "covered" but if that means if you're able to use Premium in other countries, then yes, that is possible. If you have Premium, you can use Spotify without restrictions in any country where the service is available. If you're going to permanently move to a different country, it's advisable to update to a locally issued payment method, which will in turn update the country on your account.
