Upgraded 3 times, but previous plans cannot be refunded

Upgraded 3 times, but previous plans cannot be refunded

I purchased all 3 subscriptions today on the same account:

  • a Premium Family plan for 3 months
  • a Premium Family plan for 6 months
  • and an individual subscription for 1 month.

I received a refund for the individual subscription, but I can't get a refund for the first two, even though they fall within the 14-day refund guarantee. After canceling the individual plan, I am now on a free plan and none of the purchased plans are active. What should I do?

Since we, the Community, don't have any backstage access to your account, it's hard to say what exactly happened. So in this case, it's best to reach out to Support here.
