My Question or Issue

I have been charged for premium and I closed the Spotify app. When I reopen, it's still showing free plan and my subscription status is showing free on the account details page. I am attaching proof of payment.

Hey, I'm from India too. I am really sorry for the trouble. Spotify has encountered numerous complaints regarding the same. I myself, have been through the same. Try logging out of your account on all devices and then log back in on your phone. If it doesn't work, try re-installing the application. Make sure your application is up-to-date. I'm sure, your problem will be solved. If not, then to reassure you, if you've been charged, and your plan has not been upgraded, then Spotify will refund your money back in 5-7 business days, so there is absolutely no need to worry. All you have to do it Open Spotify Web Chat and register your complaint there. It barely takes 5 mins. I am attaching a hyperlink below, so you could directly go to Payments page.

Is it possible that you're logged in to the wrong Spotify account? Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features.
