Hi,

I have an annual plan at the moment but i would like to go to a family subcription(without paying twice).

Is this possible or do i have to wait the remaining months before i can change the subscription?

Hey @user-removed ,

Not to worry! You don't need to wait until your Annual Subscription runs out.

If you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, your billing system will convert your remaining subscription time depending on the deal you choose. (This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription you were on.)  Then, you'll be billed monthly after this period.
