Being charged for Premium account after cancelled and went on family plan over a year ago.

Being charged for Premium account after cancelled and went on family plan over a year ago.

My husband and I both had Premium and went to a Family account. We recently discovered that he is still being charged for the Premium plan that we changed to a Family plan over a year ago. How do we get our money back? This is a very frustrating way of dealing with this so hopefully someone can give me a way to contact Spotify directly to have this matter resolved. Thank you for your time.

 

Plan-Switched from Premium to Family.

It's possible you still have another premium account that is being charged.

Please use this link to find accounts and let me know what you come up with.

 

I also suggest logging in to your account overview online to check the subscripion status.

I appreciate the help but I need to know how to get in contact with someone at Spotify.  I have taken the credit card off the account but they have taken over $100 from us and it is not right. It needs to be corrected.
