Billing date changes when upgrading plan

Billing date changes when upgrading plan

Hi,

Hopefully i can get the attention of a Spotify employee.

 

I want to upgrade my plan to allow my wife her own spotify account. However, the billing date is brought forward around a week. Unfortunately this doesn't work very well for me. Can i not just continue on my current billing date. Which works absolutely fine?

I'll be happy to help.

If you're upgrading to Premium Duo (or Family, Student plan), and you're currently on Premium, the billing date will be brought forward due to the price changes.

 

If you would like to change your billing date, you can do following the steps here > Change billing date section.
