I was charged twice. First one Spotify said I should pay Initial payment and get three months free which I did but it didn't work. So I had to pay on a normal premium package because I was already a premium customer but haven't been on the app for months. Now they haven’t returned the first billing of 3 months free which wasn’t awarded.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

The first thing I recommend doing is checking out this support article about being charged twice.

 

Also, keep in mind that failed payments are usually refunded automatically by the bank if the transaction was not completed. If that hasn't happened in your case, it's best to check it with your bank directly.

 

Lastly, keep in mind that such free offers are usually only for users who've never had Premium before.
