Bought a year subscription for 990 SEK and now spotify has canceled by premium service.

Bought a year subscription for 990 SEK and now spotify has canceled by premium service.

When I received a new card I needed to update my payment info so that the monthly subscription continued as usual. When I started with the process I was promted with a deal saying "pay 990 SEK for a full year subscription". Since it was cheaper than paying 99 SEK per month I signed the deal and used my new card to pay for it. The money was drawn from my account, and I could start using spotify premium again. 

 

However, after a few days premium stopped working on and off. Now it's completely stopped and tells me that my monthly subscription has stopped and that I need to update my payment info. 

 

I don't know what to do. I've already played lots of money for a service I am not getting, I don't want to update my payment info AGAIN so that spotify can doublecharge me. Especially since they do not seem to have any customer support?

 

Any guidance on this?
