Hey @inkas, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

When you don't have sufficient funds on your payment method, or your payment card is no longer valid by your Spotify billing date, your Premium won't get canceled immediately. Spotify will attempt to charge the card a few times over the course of a few days (there isn't an exact number).

After a few times of Spotify attempting to charge the card (you get an email when Spotify does attempt to charge the card again) you'll get another email stating that your Premium subscription has reverted to Spotify Free.

In your case, I'd recommend changing your payment method if you have another payment card available to use. You can manage your payment details following these steps.

Another option is that you can purchase Spotify Gift cards at select retail stores near you (such as an electronic store, video game store, or major retail store). Once you get the Gift card, you can redeem it here - and it will apply the gift card amount (eg 1 month) to the account and you'll be good with Premium through the next billing date.

If your country supports PayPal, you can also purchase Spotify gift cards from them here. More information on Gift cards can be found here.

I hope this clears things up!
