Cambio de fecha de facturación

Cambio de fecha de facturación

Necesito ayuda, deje de pagar premium y me espere 15 días, ya despues de eso pague nuevamente, cuando mire las facturas estavan correctas, mire que la menbrecia se me vencia el 19 de abril, pero de echo se me acaba de vencer antes con el día de la fecha que empeze por primera vez (el 4 de diciembre), quiero sabes que sucedio, si hice lo que tenia que hacer para hacer el cambio de facturación.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English since it's the Community's official language.

 

Your billing date is on or around the same day of the month you first subscribed to Premium. If your usual billing date was the 4th of every month, it should remain the same that unless your account reverts to Free.

 

Since you mention that you cancelled your subscription for 15 days before upgrading again, it would explain why your billing date is now the 19th of the month. 

 

If you'd like more info on how to change your billing date to the 4th once more, we'd suggest following the steps here.

Hola buenas noches! me ha sucedido algo parecido, mi fecha de pago son los días 5 de cada mes. Sin haber cancelado mi suscripción, el mes de diciembre me cobraron el 5 y además el 31 de diciembre, y desde esa fecha me van cobrando los 31. Requiero solicitar devolución del pago extra que fue el 31 de diciembre. Además comentarles que me acomodan más los días 5 de cada mes, para realizar el pago (que es la fecha que elegí para la facturación). Por favor necesito una respuesta privada, dónde mis datos confidenciales se resguarden.

Hello good evening! Something similar has happened to me, my payment date is the 5th of each month. Without having canceled my subscription, in December they charged me on December 5 and also on December 31, and from that date they have been charging me for 31. I need to request a refund of the extra payment that was made on December 31. Also tell them that they accommodate me more on the 5th of each month, to make the payment (which is the date I chose for billing). Please I need a private answer, where my confidential data is protected.
