Can I extend my premium after changing payment method to another country

1. I live in Turkey and a month ago I paid for a premium subscription for 1 year - until November 3, 2023. I paid the premium in Turkey.

Now I have come to the USA and will stay here for 9 months. Yes, I know I can use premium in any country, but my question is:

If I change my subscription payment method to american and pay for the 1 month-premium now, does that mean my previous premium will be canceled and the subscription will only be valid for 1 month starting today? (Until January 6, 2023). Or 2 variant: Will this 1 month be added to the total term of my premium and my subscription will end on December 3, 2023? (+1 month)

If the second variant is correct, will I be able to change the account region to the US after paying in the US?

If you're on a pre-paid Premium plan and successfully subscribe to monthly Premium, your monthly subscription will only start after the remaining Premium time has elapsed. Your country setting also will not update until then.
