Can I get refunded for Spotify charging me with Premium Individual?

I am a student and that is what I registered as but Spotify never sent me an email to register again as a student and then it began charging me for Individual Premium

To switch back from the premium plan to the university premium, you need to follow a few steps:

1. Access your account page.
2. Under Manage your plan, click Change plan.
3. Choose a plan.

Your subscription will switch to the new plan.

Thank you for getting back to me and I read the refund policy and the refund policy doesn’t reference a case like mine. I also changed it back to premium student today as well.
