Hey there @vakl2,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We've gone ahead and edited your post, since it contained personal info. Keep in mind this is a public space, so, to keep your personal data secure, we've deleted some of the details you kindly sent us.

Now, just to confirm, are you trying to access your Premium account by using the link you received to join the plan? If yes, keep in mind that the link is meant to be used only to join the plan. If you recall you joined the plan successfully, so that might be the reason why you see an error when using it now.

In that sense, you just need to use the login details (email and password) to access it, the same as you do when you access the free account. Remember, accounts that are part of a family plan are independent of one another.

If you're not sure if you successfully joined the plan, you can ask the manager to double-check on their account page if he can see your account as part of the plan. To do it, he just needs to open their account page> Subscription> Manage members.

If perhaps you continue having issues, please send us a detailed description of what exact steps you've taken to try and access your Premium account.

Keep us in the loop!
