Can not pay with new card

Can not pay with new card

Hi,

 

My card already expired and got new one. When I want to update it on Spottify page, it always said card can not be use. I got confirmation from the bank that the card already activated and still have enough limit. 

 

I already try with my other cards (total 3 cards) and it's also give the same error.

Please kindly help because I need this premium services.

I've already try again referring that page. It's still show same error. 

 

I already try unsubscribe and subscribe again to premium with the same card. It's show same error too.

 

Temporary I'm using my mobile billing but it's price more expensive that the credit card price.

 

Please any support help to check why I can not use the cards (I have 3 cards).

 

Hello!

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble with this. Make sure your credit card's country matches your account's country settings. It'd also be great if you could attach screenshots of the error message you get.
