Can’t add people to duo plan

Can’t add people to duo plan

The duo plan requires you to live at the same address. The address searcher is too sensitive and even when entering the exact same address it won’t add my partner to the duo plan. Where is the customer service support?!?!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to help boards as its content fits better here.

 

If the other user is getting an error when trying to confirm the address, it could be related to different factors.

 

The first one, is that the address set on the plan is too old and as the process has been changing during the latest updates, it could be possible that the system don't recognize the original address. For that, update the address of the plan and try again.

 

If the issue persists, it could be that the other user has reached the limit of maximum 2 group plans in the last 12 months. Since we don't have access to users' accounts, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can review the accounts and help you further.
