I am on a premium plan and Spotify clearly sells me on NOT being served ads as part of my premium plan.

I am constantly getting advertisements from Spotify in the form of "announcements" for album releases, Spotify original content, etc.

I have not opted in to pop up notifications or advertisements, and as far as I can tell, I am opted out of every possible advertisement setting.

Please advise how I can permanently stop these pop up messages.

Is it something that started recently or has it been like this since you've subscribed to the Premium plan?

Can you please make sure that the account you're using is on Premium by clicking on the link bellow?

Also, what are your devices?
