My Question or Issue

I have a premium individual account, acquired with a 90-day free promotion which will end next week.

 

I am trying to change my plan to Duo at https://www.spotify.com/br-pt/account/subscription/change/ but I receive the following message when selecting duo: "Unable to change plans. It may be because you do not meet the plan requirements, because you already have this plan or because you do not have any payment method registered."

 

How can I solve this problem and change my plan correctly? I am now in Brazil (my home country), I have a payment method registered and the plan is being offered to me.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Otherwise, is there a way to contact customer support directly?

Hey @cristianomc 

 

I suggest for you to wait for your Premium to end, and let you account go back to Free. Once that happens, you'll be able to subscribe to the Duo Plan, with your payment details.
