Can't log in to my family plan

Can't log in to my family plan

I have received an invite to family plan from my neighbour and I can't join. After filling up all the data, I get message "You're unable to join this Family plan" even thought all passed data is correct.

 

Could someone help me?

We'd recommend checking out the steps here in this case, under the section "Need Help?" > "The invite isn’t working".

Thanks a lot for your response, but unfortunately even resending an invite didn't help.

Thanks for letting us know.

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan. It's possible this could be the reason you're unable to accept an invite, if this has happened.


If this doesn't sound right, don't worry.
