Thanks for posting in the Community! 

Are you trying to subscribe to one of our free trials? If a payment method is already used to start a Premium plan on one account, you will not be able to use that again to start a trial on a different one.

We'd also recommend taking a look here for all other requirements a payment method should meet to start a subscription.
