Can't pay for premium

Hi, I'm having major issues with Spotify with the page not loading to pay for premium and not being able to get help from anyone on the message page. I am trying to pay for premium but it keeps saying 'card payment failed' even though I have checked with my bank and everything is fine to make payments. Can someone please help!

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
