Can't pay for subscription

Hiya,

I wanted to switch to Spotify premium from another music service and I can't pay for it. 

I've tried both debit and credit cards as well as paypal but I keep getting ''payment failed'' error. 

I've tried all the suggested troubleshooting methods (waiting a few days, using incognito page etc.) but nothing helps. I have the right country and I regulary use both cards for overseas purchases. 

Can anyone suggest  what's the problem might be?

Does your payment card meet these requirements? If so, we recommend you clear the cache/cookies from your browser and try again in a PC using an incognito window.

If you're unable to make the payment, we'd recommend reaching out to your bank for more info.
