My Question or Issue

 I want to buy spotify premium but it says payment failed. I have enough money but it still says failed. I tried login and logout, tried different browsers, and it still says no!!! Please help i want to listen to my music. It says: Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method.

Every month I get a payment failure and I need to update my payment details to pay for spotify. I'm tired of this. Every...month. I tried every advice in troubleshooting. I also tried cancel my subscription and subscribe again and no change. Help me fix this or I will be forced to cancel it. Thanks for any advice
