My Question or Issue
I've been trying to pay with my Revolut account a couple of times yesterday and todaywith different cards, but i cannot make the purchase.
"The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method. Go to our support."
And I see the payment as declined in my Revolut account.

We're afraid that we don't officially support Revolut cards, so we can't guarantee that the payment will be successful. We recommend using a different payment card.
You can find more info here on what requirements your payment method needs to meet in order for the payment to be successful.

Im currently having the same issue, I’ve already tried 8 different credit cards and none one them worked. (Visa, Master, American).

To start, please check out this article with some troubleshooting steps for failed payments. We also suggest you wait at least 24 hours before trying to make the payment again.
If the steps don't do the trick, then we'd like to confirm if the 8 credit cards you've tried to register are all from Revolut, or from different issuers.

Hi,
i have tried to sign up for a dual premium account using my Revolut card. This has been declined and it has not been explained to me to my satisfaction as to why. Perhaps you can explain the reason?
This is most frustrating as other streaming suppliers have no problem with Revolut and i demand a proper explanation.

As mentioned in the first reply in this thread - unfortunately we don't officially support Revolut cards and we can't say when or if we'll do that in the future.
Can you try using a different payment method to see if the issue persists?

Hi, I've been having this issue myself, but Revolut card is supported when paying via Paypal (can pay for Premium using Paypal), which may help some people with this issue!
Then why dont u just support revolut? I have that issue too but i dont have diffrent way to pay
