I GOT BILLED TWICE Is there any chat support for spotify? 
my payment method is gcash

Have you already checked if there is no other account that is using your payment method to pay for its subscription? Also, I'd like to ask you if the charges have the same price or if they're different. Last, but not least, were these charges made on the same day?

i am having this same problem but it has been going on for THREE months and i've had it, i had duo, it you guys charged me 13.78 i would get charged and the the next day after it already went through pending it charged my card TWICE  so instead of 13 dollars a month i have been spending 27 and i am definitely not happy i am already right in money and your billing issues needs to get fixed now!

Have you double-checked the instructions in this support article? Even if everything is alright on your side and the issue persists thought, I recommend that you contact the Customer Support team to get help with it.
