Can't re-subscribe to yearly premium

Can't re-subscribe to yearly premium

Plan

Free/Premium

My Question or Issue

I have had the yearly premium in the past, so I am unsure why now I am unable to subscribe to it. Whenever I put in my card information and click "Start my subscription," it comes back with an error saying that something went wrong. I have been using the same credit card to purchase the premiums in the past, and it works fine on other websites (e.g., Amazon) and in stores. The card not expired, and I have tried clearing cookies, but I am still unable to purchase the yearly. This is just my preference, but I would rather pay for the premium once a year, instead of paying monthly.

Hey @thegoldentigger, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try processing payment using a different browser? If that doesn't help, could you try following some payment troubleshooting steps here

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know which country you're in and I'll check to see if this plan is still available?

Let me know how this goes!

I have already tried the troubleshooting steps and using different browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari), none have worked. i tried to get the monthly plan, didn’t work (still kept getting the “something went wrong” message). i even tried 2 other credit cards, both not expired or cancelled, to try to get yearly or monthly and i still kept getting the “something went wrong” message.

The country i’m in is the USA

Hey there @thegoldentigger,
