Can't redeem gift card

My Question or Issue

I bought 2 gift cards from 7-eleven, both got receipts, i can't redeem one of the card even i entered the code correctly, so i tried the 2nd gift card and it succeed.

So the problem now is the 1st gift card i tried still cannot be redeemed.

Why are you not able to redeem the Gift Card? Are you seeing any error message? If so, which one exactly?

If you bought your gift card from a store, it might not have been activated when purchased. Please return to the store and ask them to activate it.

Keep in mind that you can only redeem gift cards for 18 months forward. This means that if the total amount of Premium months exceeds 18 months forward on your account, you might have to wait a while until you can redeem it on your account.
