My Question or Issue

I can't redeem prepaid spotify giftcards. I got one 30€ card and one 10€ card that I can't redeem. Both are bought from Finland.

Could you try redeeming your Gift Cards here using a different browser? There is also some troubleshooting steps here under 'Gift Card not working' section.

Tried that before did not work. And use other browser also didn't work.
